The invention concerns a device for handling sheet metal coils from a storage pallet to a reel and inversely without manual handling, in all safety for the operator and the material, in a short time, using a single and standard apparatus such as a forklift truck. Said handling device (10) comprises at least a member (20) for gripping the coil, a frame (30) bearing said gripping member by means of a first pivoting pin (21) and mounted on said lift truck (1) table (5) by means of a second pivot pin (31) and control means (40) coupled with said frame and designed to move it between an inoperative position wherein the gripping member is lifted inside said lift truck mast (4) and an operative position wherein said member is lowered between said truck forks (6). The invention is useful for loading and unloading parts, in particular sheet metal coils.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant la manutention des bobines de tôle depuis une palette de stockage jusqu'à un dévidoir et inversement sans aucune intervention manuelle, en toute sécurité pour l'opérateur et le matériel, dans un temps réduit, au moyen d'un appareil unique et standard du type chariot élévateur à fourches. Ce dispositif de manutention (10) comporte au moins un organe de préhension (20) de la bobine, un cadre (30) portant ledit organe de préhension au moyen d'un premier axe de pivotement (21) et monté sur le tablier (5) dudit chariot élévateur (1) au moyen d'un second axe de pivotement (31) et des moyens de commande (40) couplés audit cadre et agencés pour le déplacer entre une position de repos dans laquelle l'organe de préhension est relevé à l'intérieur du mât (4) dudit chariot élévateur et une position de travail dans laquelle l'organe est abaissé entre les fourches (6) dudit chariot. Application: Manutention, chargement et déchargement de pièces et notamment de bobines de tôle.
