Dental prosthesis and material for its production. The invention relates to a dental prosthesis of the type comprising a metal support, and at least one reconstruction material attached to the metal support, the reconstruction material being largely formed of a composite material containing a polymer binder wherein is dispersed a mineral filler. According to the invention, the reconstruction material has a bending strength at least equal to 100 MPa and a Vickers hardness at least equal to 450 N/mm<2>. Application to dental prostheses.
