ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a domestic hot water supply system including at least one user terminal such as a shower head to which blended hot and cold water are supplied at a selected temperature, the cold water of the blend is supplied via a check valve which responds to changes in hydrodynamic pressure so as to regulate the volumetric flow of cold water and thereby compensate for changes of water demand in other parts of the system.
