ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to soft magnetic ferrous materials of an iron base, having high magnetic permeabilities. The ferrous materials are composed of basic pure iron contents and Al: 0.5 to 2.5%, and T: 0.005 to 1.0% as required, having ferrite crystal grain diameters of more than 0.5 mm, showing magnetic flux density in 0.5 Oe of more than 11000 G under a condition that lattice strains are all removed, magnetic flux density in 25 Oe of more than 15500 G, and a coercive force of not more than 0.4 Oe.
