ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A smoke/gas exhausting and purifying device comprising a wide area gas sucking means and a gas discharging means disposed at a gas discharging side of the gas sucking means, wherein the gas sucking means is disposed near an unexpected gas-produced position for collecting the same, and the gas discharging means is a high pressure gas discharging means which can suck the unexpected waste gas at high speed to produce concentrative gas flow and guide the gas flow directly into the water contained in a water tank or a sewer, or guide the gas flow first through a filtering means and then discharge the gas glow outsides so as to avoid contamination of the air and environment.
