Novel DNA probe sequences for detection, by polymerase chain reaction, of human hepatitis B virus surface antigen mutant 145 (Glycine to Arginine) from serum samples. As a direct application, these specific DNA probes are immobilized on solid glass supports (gene chip) for detection of human hepatitis B virus surface antigen mutant 145 (Glycine to Arginine) by fluorescence.

La présente invention porte sur de nouvelles séquences de sonde d'ADN qui permettent de détecter par réaction en chaîne de la polymérase un mutant 145 d'antigène de surface du virus de l'hépatite B humaine (Glycine en Arginine) à partir d'échantillons de sérum. Dans une application directe de cette invention, des sondes d'ADN spécifiques sont immobilisées sur des supports solides en verre (puces à ADN) pour détecter, par fluorescence, le mutant 145 d'antigène de surface du virus de l'hépatite B humaine (Glycine en Arginine).
