The invention relates to the field of hematopoietic cell mobilization. In particular, the invention relates to uses and methods for increasing the mobilization of CD34 negative pluripotent hematopoietic from the bone marrow into the peripheral blood by administration of human growth hormone or one of its derivatives to an individual. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a combination of growth hormone and G-CSF are administered.
L'invention concerne le domaine de la mobilisation des cellules hématopoïétiques, et porte notamment sur les utilisations et les procédés d'augmentation de la mobilisation dans le sang périphérique des cellules souches hématopoïétiques multipotentes négatives CD34 provenant de la moelle osseuse. Ces procédés consistant à administrer à un individu l'hormone de croissance humaine ou l'un de ses dérivés. Selon une réalisation préférée, on administre une combinaison de l'hormone de croissance et de G-CSF.
