The present invention relates to the field of human medicine and more specifically to dermatology, and in particular to a composition developed for the stimulation of the synthesis of the melanic pigment of the skin, and consequently for the treatment of vitiligo. The technical object of the present invention is to provide a composition of a natural product useful in the treatment of vitiligo, which has no toxic effects and no relapse. The composition which has been obtained stimulates the synthesis of the melanic pigment of the skin and the reproduction of melanocytes as it was demonstrated through pharmacological assays to which the composition was subjected, producing no serious secondary reaction at all as demonstrated through toxicological, teratological and clinical assays which have been carried out; the resulting product can be easily obtained and applied, the repigmenting effect starts rapidly after initiating the treatment, said effect being irreversible when stopping its application. The color acquired is identical to the color of areas of normal skin of the patient, but said areas do not increase further the intensity of their coloration after the product has been applied. The product which is obtained can also be used for the treatment of any depigmentation process of the skin, for example depigmentation caused by burns.
L'invention concerne une composition mise au point pour stimuler la synthèse du pigment mélanique de la peau et trouvant une application dans la branche de la médecine humaine, plus particulièrement la dermatologie pour le traitement du vitiligo. L'invention vise à fournir une composition d'un produit d'origine naturelle convenant au traitement du vitiligo sans entraîner d'effets toxiques et de rechute. La composition obtenue stimule la synthèse du pigment mélanique de la peau et la reproduction des mélanocytes comme il a été démontré dans les tests pharmaceutiques auxquels elle a été soumise, sans aucun effet secondaire grave comme le prouvent les tests toxicologiques, tératologiques et cliniques effectués. Le produit obtenu est facile à préparer et à appliquer, l'effet de repigmentation commence rapidement dès le début du traitement et devient irréversible à mesure qu'on l'applique. La couleur acquise est identique dans les zones de la peau normale du patient, sans que l'intensité de la coloration de la peau n'augmente. Le produit obtenu peut être utilisé pour le traitement de tout processus de dépigmentation de la peau, par exemple celui lié aux brûlures.
