Musical doll, that being of the type that may be adapted to the height of the user, becoming attached to the latter by the feet, at the back of which body has been foreseen a cassette tape player, with the added feature that said cassette tape player is further connected to a microphone that can be located near the mouth of the user, using appropriate supporting and fastening elements, allowing the user to sing the lyrics of a melody played by the cassette tape player. The microphone is attached at the end of a supporting arm within which runs the cable connecting said microphone to the cassette tape player, having further foreseen that said supporting arm be fastened at the opposite end to an adjustment device therein assembled, to a holding yoke upon a strap arranged around the perimeter of the head of the user, being the supporting arm and holding yoke arranged in such a way that they can be displaced in order to allow the position of the microphone near the mouth of the user to be adjusted as required.
