The storage bag includes an interior volume for containing food items and a one-way valve element through which air from the interior volume can be evacuated. To prevent fluids and juices from the stored food items from contaminating the valve element, a separator defining a chamber is included that sealingly connects the valve element to the interior volume. In the separator, fluids and juices separate from the evacuating air by gravitational separation and are returned to the interior volume. In an embodiment, to facilitate packaging and distribution of multiple storage bags, the separator is adjustable between an expanded position for providing the chamber and a collapsed position substantially eliminating the chamber. In an embodiment, the separator may be comprised of elastically expandable material.
L'invention porte sur un sac de stockage comprenant un volume interne destiné à contenir des denrées alimentaires et une soupape unidirectionnelle par laquelle l'air provenant du volume interne peut être évacué. Afin d'éviter que les fluides et les jus provenant des denrées alimentaires stockées contaminent la soupape, un séparateur formant une chambre raccorde hermétiquement la soupape au volume interne. Dans le séparateur, les fluides et les jus sont séparés de l'air d'évacuation par séparation gravitationnelle et sont renvoyés au volume interne. Selon une forme d'exécution, afin de faciliter le conditionnement et la distribution de plusieurs sacs de stockage, le séparateur peut se régler entre une position dilatée dans laquelle il forme la chambre et une position pliée qui élimine sensiblement la chambre.
