A method (100) for providing a water-proof and vapor-permeable shoe (10), which consists in - constructing an upper shoe assembly, which is composed of at least one vapor-permeable lining (12), a vapor-permeable upper (13), and a waterproof and vapor-permeable upper membrane (14) that is be-tween them; - fixing (101) to a vapor-permeable as-sembly insole (15) a first gasket (16) made of water-proof material, which has at least one vapor-perme-able or perforated portion (17); - lasting (102), com-prising the association of lasting margins (18) of the upper shoe assembly with the first gasket (16), at least predominantly according to the construction known as "AGO lasting", to obtain an upper assembly (11) of the shoe (10); - sealing (103) the lasting margins (18) to the first gasket (16) by means of a second gasket (19), comprising the adhesion of the second gasket (19) so as to straddle the lasting margins (18) and the first gasket (16); - assembling (104), comprising the connection of a sole (20) to the upper assembly (11) at least by means of the adhesion, so as to provide a waterproof seal, of material that composes the sole (20) to the second gasket (19).
La présente invention concerne un procédé (100) pour la fabrication d'une chaussure étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur, qui comprend : la construction d'un ensemble de chaussure supérieur, qui est constitué d'au moins une doublure perméable à la vapeur (12), une tige perméable à la vapeur (13), et une membrane supérieure intercalée étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur (14); la fixation (101) à un ensemble de semelle intérieure perméable à la vapeur (15) d'un premier joint d'étanchéité (16) réalisé en un matériau étanche à l'eau, qui comprend au moins une partie perméable à la vapeur ou perforée (17); le montage (102), comprenant l'association de bords de montage (18) de l'ensemble de chaussure supérieur au premier joint d'étanchéité (16) au moins en majeure partie selon la structure dite montage AGO pour obtenir un ensemble supérieur (10) de la chaussure (10); l'étanchéisation (103) des bords de montage (18) par rapport au premier joint d'étanchéité (16) à l'aide d'un second joint d'étanchéité (19), comprenant l'adhésion du second joint d'étanchéité (19) pour chevaucher les bords de montage (18) et le premier joint d'étanchéité (16); l'assemblage (104), comprenant la liaison d'une semelle (20) à l'ensemble de tige (11) au moins au moyen de l'adhésion, afin d'obtenir un joint étanche à l'eau, de matériau constituant la semelle (20) par rapport au second joint d'étanchéité (19).
