A painting device suitable to use for painting, for example, the body of a vehicle and capable of improving the spraying state of paint, comprising a painting device body (4) having a compressed air feed passage (2) for feeding compressed air and a paint feeding passage (3) for feeding the paint, a paint injection nozzle (5) installed in the painting device body and having an injection port for injecting the paint, and a needle valve (6) for opening and closing the injection port to regulate the injection amount of the paint, the needle valve (6) having a tip part (14) with reduced diameter toward a tip side positioned on the injection port (8) side further comprising a first linear part (28) having a specified length inside the paint injection nozzle (5) and provided continuously with the tip part (14).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour appliquer la peinture destiné à être utilisé pour peindre, par exemple, le corps d'un véhicule, et permettant d'améliorer les conditions de pulvérisation de la peinture. Ce dispositif comprend un corps (4) possédant un passage d'alimentation d'air comprimé (2) pour amener l'air comprimé et un passage d'alimentation de peinture (3) pour amener la peinture, une buse de pulvérisation de la peinture (5) placée dans le corps et possédant un orifice de pulvérisation de la peinture pour pulvériser la peinture, et un clapet à pointeau (6) pour ouvrir et fermer l'orifice de pulvérisation afin de réguler la quantité pulvérisée de peinture. Ce clapet à pointeau (6) possède une partie d'extrémité (14) avec un diamètre réduit au niveau du côté d'extrémité placée du côté de l'orifice de pulvérisation (8), ainsi qu'une première partie linéaire (28) possédant une longueur spécifique, située dans la buse de pulvérisation de la peinture (5) et reliée à la partie d'extrémité (14).
