Preparation for the application of an active substance in the form of minute droplets, especially liquid droplets with a membrane-type sheath of at least one or more layers of amphiphilic molecules or an amphiphilic carrier substance, especially for the transport of an active substance into and through natural barriers and constrictions such as skin and the like. The preparation has no point of solubilization or the preparation composition is at maximum permeation capacity far from solubilization point. The preparation contains at least two components whose solubility in suspending agents of the preparations, generally water, differs by at least a factor of 10.

Préparation pour l'application de matières actives sous forme de très fine gouttelettes, en particulier de gouttelettes liquides présentant une enveloppe du type membrane formée d'au moins une couche de molécules amphiphiles, ou d'un véhicule amphiphile, en particulier pour le transport de la matière active dans/ou à travers des barrières et constrictions naturelles telles que peaux et analogues. La préparation ne présente aucun point de solubilisation, ou bien la composition de la préparation est nettement éloignée, par une capacité de perméation maximale, du point de solubilisation. La préparation renferme au moins deux composants se différenciant, quant à leur solubilité dans un milieu de mise en suspension de la préparation, généralement de l'eau, d'au moins un facteur 10.
