The invention relates to a method for the dosed, pulse-like pumping of fluid media under high pressure. According to said method a pressure wave resulting from the stored kinetic energy of an electromagnetically driven armature element (80) of a reciprocating piston pump is transmitted via a blocking body (17) to fuel enclosed in a compression chamber (39) which communicates with an injection device (29), so that a defined quantity of fuel is delivered from said injection device (29). The stored kinetic energy of the armature element (80) is abruptly transmitted first to a working fluid enclosed in a compression antechamber (42) positioned upstream of the compression chamber (39) such that it induces a pressure wave which propagates in the fuel and is thus transmitted to the blocking body and from the blocking body (17) to the fuel.

L'invention concerne un procédé de pompage dosant et cadencé d'agents fluides sous haute pression. Un coup de bélier résultant de l'énergie cinétique stockée d'un induit (80) à commande électromagnétique d'une pompe à mouvement rectiligne alternatif est transmis par un corps de fermeture (17) à un fluide utile contenu dans une chambre sous pression (39) qui communique avec un dispositif de pulvérisation (29), de telle façon qu'une quantité prédéterminée du fluide utile sorte d'une unité de pulvérisation (29), l'énergie cinétique stockée de l'induit (80) étant d'abord transmise par à-coups à un fluide travail contenu dans une chambre sous pression (42) placée en amont de la chambre de la chambre sous pression (39), induisant ainsi un coup de bélier. Ce coup de bélier est transmis au corps de fermeture en se propageant dans le fluide de travail puis du corps de fermeture (17) au fluide utile.
