The present invention relates to Halogenated amino acid analogues for use in diagnosis, which compounds have the general formula (I) wherein : R is (C1-C6) alkyl optionally substituted with thioether or ether oxygen atom when n = 0, or a substituted aromatic or heteraromatic ring when n = 1-6; and m = 0 or 1; and X is a halogen atom. The invention further relates to precursor compounds for these analogues, to a method of preparing these analogues, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising these analogues and to the use of these analogues and compositions in the diagnosis of cancer.
La présente invention se rapporte à des analogues d'acides aminés halogénés utilisés à des fins de diagnostic, ces composés étant représentés par la formule générale (I), dans laquelle R est alkyle (C¿1?-C¿6?) éventuellement substitué par un atome d'oxygène de thioéther ou d'éther lorsque n = 0, ou un noyau hétéroaromatique ou aromatique substitué lorsque n = 1 à 6; et m = 0 ou 1; et X est un atome d'halogène. L'invention se rapporte en outre à des composés précurseurs de ces analogues, à un procédé de préparation de ces analogues, à une composition pharmaceutique comportant ces analogues et à l'utilisation de ces analogues et compositions pour le diagnostic du cancer.
