Form 24 (ss. 21, 31, 34 and 142) ABSTRACT This invention is a manually operated support structure comprised of two horizontal runners, two angled support columns and a horizontal cross bar incorporated into a tubular one piece curved design. The user stands erect at the center of invention supporting body weight on center crossbar with either hands or upper chest. User creates forward momentum by thrusting with skates. Stability and construction strength are achieved through the application of strong light weight tubbing incorporated into a solid one piece design, The invention has in it's construction a cushioned crossbar which enables the user to support their full body weight while manipulating the invention with a minimal amount of force. This cushioned crossbar affords a stable brace for the user should the user encounter a fall or bump himself on the crossbar. The tubular runners create little ice surface drag providing easy maneuverability with a minimal amount of force exerted by the user. This invention may be modified to accommodate taller users by increasing the length of the runners and upright stabilizers. This invention has the potential for disassembly through the use ot two pressure fitted recessed joints to facilitate easy storage. This invention is designed to be user friendly with preventing injuries associated with novice ice skaters being the primary objective.
