The invention relates to a system and a method to transmit data to a company's data system (23) by a mobile phone (20) connected to a mobile communications network, and receive an acknowledgement to the same mobile phone from the company's data system. Characteristic to the invention is that a preset target number dialed by a mobile phone is directed to an intelligent network centre (21), that the target number is decoded into data, which is transmitted to a company's data system during the connection. The intelligent network centre uses the caller's number identifying to check whether the caller is entitled to use the service, and to check to which information system of which company the data has been sent. The intelligent network centre transmits preferably by using transmits a telecommunications network signalling the target number, caller's number and address of the company's to a voice server (22), which is a computer capable also to identify telephone numbers and formulate voice messages. The voice server converts the target number into data and transmits the data and the caller's number to the company's data system using a data network, _preferably a data network based on TCP/IP protocol. The company's data system stores the data in the data system and formulates a return message, which includes an acknowldedgement of the received data and further a possible additional information, and transmits it to the voice server using the data network. The voice server transmits using the mobile communications network the return message either as a GSM short message (text message) or as a voice message to the mobile station, which transmitted the data code, or as a pager message to the desired pager device.
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour transmettre des données à un système informatique (23) d'une société par un téléphone mobile (20) relié au réseau de communications mobile et pour fournir un accusé de réception au même téléphone mobile depuis le système informatique de la société. Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'un numéro cible prédéterminé composé sur le téléphone mobile est dirigé sur un centre de réseau intelligent (21) et par le fait que le numéro cible est décodé en données qui sont transmises au système informatique de la société durant la communication. Le centre de réseau intelligent utilise le numéro d'identification de l'abonné faisant l'appel pour vérifier s'il est autorisé à utiliser le système et pour vérifier à quel système informatique de quelle société les données ont été envoyées. Le centre de réseau intelligent transmet, de préférence en utilisant un réseau de télécommunications signalant le numéro cible, le numéro de l'abonné faisant l'appel et l'adresse de la société, à un serveur vocal (22), qui est un ordinateur capable également d'identifier les numéros de téléphone et d'émettre des messages vocaux. Le serveur vocal convertit le numéro cible en données et transmet les données et le numéro de l'abonné demandeur au système informatique de la société en utilisant un réseau informatique, de préférence un réseau informatique basé sur le protocole TCP/IP. Le système informatique de la société enregistre les données dans le système informatique et formule un message de retour comprenant un accusé de réception des données reçues et, en outre, une information additionnelle éventuelle, et la transmet au serveur vocal en utilisant le réseau informatique. Le serveur vocal transmet le message de retour, en utilisant le réseau de communications mobile, sous forme de message GSM court (texte), sous forme de message vocal au poste mobile qui a transmis le code de données, ou sous forme de message d'appel, au dispositif d'appel souhaité.
