For stamping shelf supporting brackets of an overall L-shaped configuration from band material (13), the cutting lines are so arranged that one cut generates the upper edges (6) of two adjacent brackets rotated by 180~ with respect to each other, and the subsequent cut generates the lower edges (14) of those two brackets which are contiguous to each other at this location. The cantilever portion (4) of each bracket has its free end provided with a hook portion (5) which projects from the upper edge (6) and in use serves for retaining the respective shelf. At the opposite end, the upper edge (6) of the cantilever portion (4) has a notch (7) which is shaped complementarily with respect to that part of the hook portion (5) which projects above the upper edge (6). In the stamping process, the size of waste clippings (15) is reduced by having the hook portion (5) of one bracket extend into the notch (7) of the adjacent bracket.
L'invention a pour objectif de permettre le découpage à la presse d'équerres de support d'étagère en L à partir d'un matériau en bandes (13). A cet effet, les lignes de coupe sont agencées de sorte qu'une coupe génère les bords supérieurs (6) de deux équerres adjacentes en rotation de 180· l'une par rapport à l'autre et que la coupe suivante génère les bords inférieurs (14) de ces deux équerres, qui sont contiguës l'une à l'autre à cet endroit. La partie en saillie (4) de chaque équerre possède une extrémité libre présentant une partie en crochet (5) qui s'étend du bord supérieur (6) et sert à maintenir l'étagère respective. Sur l'extrémité opposée, le bord supérieur (6) de la partie en saillie (4) présente une encoche (7) formée en complémentarité avec la partie en crochet (5) qui s'étend au-dessus du bord supérieur (6). Au cours du processus de découpage, la dimension des déchets de coupe (15) est réduite, du fait que la partie en crochet (5) d'une équerre fait saillie dans l'encoche (7) de l'équerre adjacente.
