ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a method for the drawing in of windings in slots of stator packages in electric motors by means of a draw-in tool which is moveable along the slots so that the windings arranged in the draw-in needles are capable of being drawn into the slots. In the method the drawing-in tool including the draw-in needles carries out a forward movement in the longitudinal direction of the slots to drawing-in of the windings into the slots.
