ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification of the present invention discloses a holder, with handle for securely engaging liquid packaging containers, notably rectangular box like drink cartons having the top closed by inwardly folded flaps. The portion of the holder adjacent the handle is designed to engage the rear wall of the carton by receiving one of the folded flaps which has been pulled away from the carton and positioned generally downwardly and parallel to the rear wall of the carton. The holder also includes an additional support surface for engaging a second wall of the container and the holder is integral in construction. This device enables a conventional rectangular box like drink carton to be securely retained and the contents poured through the usual container spout.
