ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pallet having a base frame, a load frame, a pair of side frames, and a pair of end rails. A plurality of spacers join the base frame to the load frame. The spacers comprise tubular section corner members extending vertically and constitute sockets. Each said side frame has posts with depending ends which are releasably-insertable in respective sockets. They are supported in the sockets and are up- standing. Each end rail has a retainer, releasably inter- engageable with the side frames and operable to retain the upper ends of the side frames spaced from each other. The pallet has a variety of uses depending on its configuration.
