PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a pour objet les dérivés d'alkylamino-3 cardénolides répondant à la formule générale suivante: Image dans laquelle R1, R2, R4, R5 et R6, identiques ou différents représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe hydroxy, alcoxy ou acyloxy; R3 représente un groupe alkyle inférieur, hydroxyalkyle, acyloxyalkyle, halogénoalkyle ou éthylène- dioxyalkyle; R7 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle ou acyle; R9 représente un atome d'hydrogène, ou un groupe alkyle ou -NR11R12, R11 et R12, identiques ou différents, représentant un atome d'hydrogène, ou un groupe alkyle ou aryloxycarbonyle; R10 représente un groupe hydroxy, alcoxy, aryloxy ou aralcoxycarbonyloxy, et n est un entier de 0 à 6. L'invention concerne également leur procédé de préparation. Ces nouveaux dérivés sont utilises notamment pour le traitement des insuffisances cardiaques et des troubles du rythme.
