ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A connection device is provided for connecting a coaxial cable to a component on a circuit board. The circuit board is of a type provided with rows of connection pins along one face. The pins coact with connection blocks having female contacts along one side and connection pins associated therewith along the other side. A screening sleeve of a co- axial cable may be thrust between four pins on the connection block. A pin, centrally situated in relation to these four pins, is soldered to the central conductor of the coaxial cable. The screening sleeve is provided with longitudinal slits which are approximately as wide as the thickness of the pins but shorter than the pins, so that when the sleeve is thrust between the pins the latter come into engagement with the edges of the slits and retain the sleeve.
