A B S T R A C T Thermoplastic moulding compositions having increased flexibility and toughness with adequate low-temperature impact strength are disclosed. The compositions comprise a mixture of I. at least one polyamide obtained from an .omega.-aminocarboxylic acid or lactam of more than 10 carbon atoms, and II. at least one polyether-ester-amide which has been prepared from (a) an .omega.-aminocarboxylic acid or lactam of more than 10 carbon atoms, (b) an .alpha.,.omega.- dihydroxy-polytetrahydrofuran having a molecular weight of from 160 to 3,000 and (c) a dicarboxylic acid, and which contains the individual components statistically distributed over the polymer chain.
