PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Médicament à activité vasodilatatrice cérébrale, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient, à titre de principe actif une association de vincamine et de théophylline. Le médica- ment selon l'invention peut comprendre au lieu de la vincamine base, ses sels non toxiques d'addition avec les acides minéraux ou organiques et/ou ses dérivés d'ammonium quaternaire. Utilisé, à titre préventif ou curatif, dans l'insuffisance circulatoire cérébrale, il permet de traiter avec profit les patients souf- frant d'accidents neurologiques d'origine vasculaire tels que les cérébroscléroses du vieillard, les séquelles d'ictus cérébraux et de traumatismes craniens, les céphalées, les défauts de mé- moire et d'idéation, les troubles de l'humeur, les vertiges, les troubles visuels, les acouphènes.
