Abstract The photosensitive homogeneous layer contains for example, as monomeric or oligomeric, olefinically unsaturated photocrosslinkable compounds, epoxyacrylates, and, as initiator and/or sensitiser, benzil dimethyl ketal in combination with a Michler's ketone. The layer contains no compounds, especially polymers, which are removable from regions not exposed to UV light.
