Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for generating and discharging foam. The apparatus is comprised of a container for storing a foam generating solution. A discharge tube is connected to the container. An ejector unit is disposed within the container for dis- charging foam generating solution to the discharge tube. A foam generating unit is disposed between the ejector unit and the outer end of the discharge tube and includes a chamber communicating with the ejector unit. A pressure generator is provided communicating with the container for forcing foam generating solution through the ejector unit and the foam generating unit. The pressure generator further communicates with the chamber for aerating the foam generating solution prior to its flow through the discharge tube. The discharge tube further agitates and aerates the foam generating solution to thereby generate foam.
