ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A signal transmitting circuit is disclosed, wherein a sample-hold circuit, a low pass filter and a sampling circuit are connected in series in the signal transmission line. Assuming that a sampling frequency at both the sample-hold circuit and sampling circuit is fc, a cut-off frequency of the low pass filter is preferably selected about the same as the sampling frequency fc. This causes the compensation of the frequency response in the transmission line, and particularly the circuit is applicable to a CCD (charge-coupled device) image read-out circuit. The output of the CCD is something like a sampled signal, so that the application of this system to the CCD signal is very normal and useful. -1-
