ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a composition containing a vinyl or vinylidene monomer which is capable of free radical polymerization and a bisphenol derivative which stabilizes the monomer against premature polymerization. Thus the monomer-containing composition can be stored in stable condition until required for preparation of the polymerized product.
