ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tool for perforating water well pipe casings is disclosed. The tool is designed for use with air rotary well drilling apparatus. The tool includes a slideable casing perforator wheel actuated by a pneumatic cylinder carried within the tool. The casing may be perforated and subsequent development of the well carried out while the tool is in place. No removal is necessary to carry out well development.
