ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compositions comprising a blend of from about 25 to 99% by weight of a copolymer of 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-trifluoro- methyl propene and vinylidene fluoride and correspondingly from about 75 to 1% by weight of a low molecular weight, par- ticulate polytetrafluoroethylene resin having a maximum particle size of about 15 microns and a melt index, as hereinafter defined, in the range of about 0.5 to 20, provide coatings with low surface energies useful as non-wetting surfaces or provide flexible coat- ings for wire, cables and fiber glass cloth.
