ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification describes a mechanism for actuating a motion transmitting element selectively in an adjustment mode and in a driving mode, the mechanism comprising a chain coupled to the motion transmitting element, a fixed frame having rotors about which the chain turns and a swingable rocker arm having a swing end adjacent the rotors, the swing end having rotors about which the chain turns, chain drive means for driving the chain in the adjustment mode, and means for swinging the swing end of the rocker arm for driving the chain in the driving mode.
