ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a moving coil meter for use in a device for measuring and indicating changes in resistance of a living body. It comprises a split metal frame, a meter coil wound on the split metal frame, or stationary iron cylinder pivotally coupled to opposing sides of the frame and an indicating needle coupled to the frame. This device is a highly sensitive device and the needle accurately follows the variations in the input signal to the meter. The meter is not critically damped and includes a frame with zero conductivity, which represents a substantial improvement over the prior art.
