WHEEL FILLER AND RIM ASSEMBLY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A wheel well filler and rim assembly in which the wheel well is located adjacent one side of the rim. The wheel well is spaced from the side flange of the rim to provide a seat for the heel of the bead and the toe of the bead overlaps the filler to retain the filler in the well at high speeds. The filler prevents movement of the bead into the well upon deflation of the tire to retain the tire on the rim.
