ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention consists of a pair of drawer units and a top panel assembly. The top panel assembly includes a center section, the length of which is similar to the length of the drawer or storage units when placed in side by side relationship, a downwardly folding leaf is provided on each end of the center section which lies vertically against the corresponding outer sides of the storage units. The storage units may be spaced apart whereupon the leaves may be folded upwardly to lie in the same plane as the center section with each leaf resting on one of the storage units thus forming a desk or the like.
