Abstract of the Disclosure O-Alkyl-S-n-propyl-M-sulfonyl-phosphonic acid ester amides of the formula Image (I) in which R1 is methyl or ethyl, R2 is C1-C6 alkyl or alkenyl, C1-C6 alkyl substituted by aryl, phenyl, C1-C6 alkylphenyl, or halophenyl R3 is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl substituted by halogen, phenyl, C1-C6 alkylphenyl, C1-C6 alkoxyphenyl, or nitro- phenyl, and X is oxygen or sulfur. which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal properties.
