PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation de polyéthers glycidiques de polyphénols. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à faire réagir au moins un sel alca- lin de polyphénol sur au moins un halo-1 époxy-2,3 alcane, en milieu anhydre et sensiblement aprotique, en présence de composé de formule (I): N ? CHR1 - CHR2 - O - (CHR3 - CHR4 - O)n - R5] 3 (I) dans laquelle n est un nombre entier supérieur ou égal à 0, et inférieur ou égal à 10, R1, R2, R3, et R4, identiques ou diffé- rents représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle a- yant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, et R5 représente un atome d'hydro- gène, un radical alkyle ou cycloalkyl ayant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone, un radical phényle (-?), , un radical - Cm H2m - ? ou Cm H2m + 1 - ? dans lequel 1 ? m ? 12. Ce procédé convient no- tamment à la préparation de polyéthers glycidiques du bisphénol-A.
