Abstract A gauge for use in the measurement of a specific volume or quantity of dried, elongated, pasta noodles, such as spaghetti. The gauge is formed of a flat sheet with a slot open to an end of the sheet. The slot in bounded on its sides by two prongs or arms on which are marked indiccia to indicate the volume of a quantity of spaghetti rods resting against the bottom of the slot. The two prongs or arms join at the bottom of the slot to form a common handle.
