ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: New indazolyl-(4)-oxypropanolamines and their process of preparation are provided of the formula (I):- Image (I) wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical and R2 is a straight-chain or branched lower-alkyl radical which is unsubstituted or substituted by a lower alkylthio radical; and the pharmaceutically acceptable, pharmacologically compat- ible acid addition salts; the new derivatives bring about an inhibition of adrenergic .beta.-receptors and can, therefore, be used for the treatment or propylaxis of cardiac and circulat- ory diseases.
