Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention teaches mixtures of neutral esters of phosphorous acid with oxetane compounds and plastics stabilized by the incorporation of said mix- tures. The present invention teaches a method of improving the retention of light transmission in plastics, particularly polycarbonate, by the incorporation therein of mixtures of neutral esters of phosphorous acid and oxetane compounds in which there are 2 to 10 oxetane groups per phosphorous atom.
