ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A method for the production of cement ordinary Portland cement and an expansive admixture, wherein Portland cement and an expansive admixture containing, in weight percent based on the total weight of the cement composition, 2 to 8% bialuminium pentahydroxychloride, 4 to 15% gypsum and, optionally, up to 7% lime are dry mixed and homogenized. According to this simple method, the expansion comes to an end at the early stage of hardening, thus resulting in volume stability and high strength.
