Abstract Two ionophorous fermentation derived coccidiocides selected from monensin, A-204, nigericin, A-28086, A-28695 and lasalocid each of which is administered to poultry in a concentration too low to produce a satisfactory coccidiocial effect alone are synergistically coccidiocially effective. Preferred combinations are monensin and A-204, monensin and lasalocid and monensin and A-28086.
