ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A current comparator circuit is composed of an input signal current source, plural pairs each consisting of a diode and reference current source, and plural switching elements. The pairs each consisting of a diode and reference current source are connected in series or in parallel to the input signal current source. Each switching element is a transistor, which is connected to the connection point between the paired diode and reference current source, and a compared output can be obtained from the collector of the transistor.
