Abstract of the Disclosure A carton particularyly adapted for ice cream including a front wall, bottom wall rear wall, top cover panel, front cover panel, corner glue tabs, cover end skirt panels, rearward and front inner end wall panels, and a pair of end walls, wherein, said end walls have a weakness line separating their outer margins from the lower panels thereof and said cover end skirt panels are glued to said outer margins to break said outer margins away from the lower panels of said end walls when the erected box is opened.
