ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A logic family is provided capable of accomplishing a logic function for each transistor used, i.e., one transistor per logic gate. A plurality of logic gate types are shown, each capable of a different logic function. In- cluded is a NOR logic gate which, because of using a single bipolar transistor, is relatively smaller and faster operating than other bipolar transistor NOR logic gates. Also included is an AND logic gate which again uses a single bipolar transistor, and further, is non-inverting in operation to thereby provide a relatively smaller and faster operating AND logic gate.
