ABSTRACT Veterinary compositions comprising an effective amount of trimethoprim in combination with an effective amount of sulphaquinoxaline are disclosed. The weight ratio of tr imethoprim present to sulphaquinoxaline present is from about 1:1 to about 1:4. The compositions are especially useful for the treatment of protozoal and bacterial infections in poultry.
