ABSTRACT An apparatus for terminating a ribbon co-axial cable with a connector having slotted plate electrical contacts arranged in two rows in a housing includes a stationary assembly upon which the connector housing is positioned and located by means of two plates. One of the plates has spaced teeth, the spaces between the teeth accommodating partitions extending between adjacent electrical contacts of the connector to locate the housing in one direction. The other plate defines a stop surface for locating the housing in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The individual wires on the cable are driven in to their respective slotted plate electrical contacts by means of a movable stuffer assembly which includes three spaced stuffer plates each having teeth which engage individual wires.
