ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A multi-purpose, extruded metal, joist-like, structural member which is designed for use in connection with concrete formwork, the member being generally of I-beam configuration and having associated therewith novel facilities whereby its effective length may be extended in small increments or it may be applied to adjacent similar members by utilizing either lumber or novel extruded metal extension members of special design.
