ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to certain new oximino- triazolyl-ethanes, to a process for their preparation and to their use as fungicides. The compounds can be prepared by reaction of a salt of an appropriate oxime with a halide in the presence of a diluent. The active compounds according to the invention exhibit a powerful fungitoxic action. As plant protection agents, the active compounds according to the invention can be used with particularly good success for combating species of Venturia for combating species of Podosphaera and for combating cereal diseases. The new compounds correspond to the formula Image in which R is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphonyl, halogenoalkyl, nitro, cyano, optionally substituted phenyl or optionally substituted phenoxy, R' is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, optionally substituted benzyl or optionally substituted styryl, and n is 0, 1, 2, or 3, or a non-phytotoxic salt or metal salt complex thereof.
