ABSTRACT Sulfonyl carbazates containing per molecule at least two groups of: -SO2-NHNH-COO- wherein the oxygen and the sulfur atoms attach to various organic groups are useful as high temperature blowing agents for gas-expandable polymers. Additionally, novel polyfunctional and secondary-alkyl substituted sulfonyl carbazates have been discovered.
